About the Role

We are seeking a Homebuyer Experience Specialist to join our team at Shurm Homes Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective new home buyers and selling new construction homes in communities throughout the greater Richmond area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commissioned sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers. A valid VA Real Estate License is required, and experience with Microsoft Office and IHMS software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage potential homeowners as they come in the model home, providing a warm and informative experience.
  • Show model home, homes under construction, home features, and home site availability to potential customers.
  • Educate buyers on the new home buying process and provide detailed quotes for new home builds.
  • Negotiate final contract pricing and terms using IHMS software.
  • Maintain up-to-date MLS listings with detailed and accurate information.
  • Prepare and facilitate the signing of purchase agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid VA Real Estate License.
  • Minimum 2 years of commissioned sales experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and IHMS software.
  • Customer service oriented, with a focus on building relationships and providing exceptional service.
