Cleanliness Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at Experience SL Co. in the Culinary Services department.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position, approximately 35-40 hours per week.
- The estimated salary for this role is $43,000 - $53,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Operations- Work collaboratively with the Director of Culinary Services and Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs.
- Maintain kitchen areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
- Ensure all dishes and equipment are washed and stored according to policy and procedures.
- Keep the dish room area neat, clean, and sanitary.
- Ensure kitchen floors are swept and mopped regularly, and trash is emptied promptly.
- Check the dish machine at the start of each shift for chemicals and refill as needed.
- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of the dish machine after each meal, ensuring sanitizing temperatures and parts per million levels are met.
- Record temperature and sanitation levels in the temperature logs after each meal.
- Adhere to assigned cleaning schedules.
- Assist with transporting and storing food and supplies.
- Support cooks and wait staff as needed.
- Participate in preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
- Attend pre-meal stand-up meetings in the kitchen prior to meal service.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

- Able to work varied schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
