Cleanliness Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at Experience SL Co. in the Culinary Services department.

About the Role:

• This is a full-time position, approximately 35-40 hours per week.
• The estimated salary for this role is $43,000 - $53,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the Director of Culinary Services and Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs.
• Maintain kitchen areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Ensure all dishes and equipment are washed and stored according to policy and procedures.
• Keep the dish room area neat, clean, and sanitary.
• Ensure kitchen floors are swept and mopped regularly, and trash is emptied promptly.
• Check the dish machine at the start of each shift for chemicals and refill as needed.
• Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of the dish machine after each meal, ensuring sanitizing temperatures and parts per million levels are met.
• Record temperature and sanitation levels in the temperature logs after each meal.
• Adhere to assigned cleaning schedules.
• Assist with transporting and storing food and supplies.
• Support cooks and wait staff as needed.
• Participate in preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Attend pre-meal stand-up meetings in the kitchen prior to meal service.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
