Production Line Worker Job Description

We are looking for skilled individuals to join our panelized wood framing production line as Panelized Wood Framing Production Line Workers. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and constructing wood framing panels according to blueprints and instructions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assemble wood framing panels using power tools and hand tools.
  2. Inspect materials and final products for quality and accuracy.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and cleanup of the production area.
  4. Communicate effectively with other production line workers to ensure smooth production flow.
  5. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and instructions.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer competitive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
