About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Wood Assembly Specialist to join our team at Influx Building Technologies, LLC. This position involves working on our production line to assemble panelized wood framing components used in building construction.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Frame Assembly and Construction: Assemble and construct wood framing panels following detailed blueprints and instructions.
  • Maintenance and Operation of Tools: Safely operate power tools and hand tools including saws, drills, nail guns, and other framing equipment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Quality Inspection: Inspect materials and final products to ensure they meet our quality standards and specifications.
  • Safety Protocols and PPE: Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Collaboration with Team Members: Work alongside other production line workers and communicate effectively to maintain production flow and meet deadlines.
Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or a production environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, stand for extended periods, and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Commitment to Quality: Commitment to accuracy and quality in all work, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Prioritizing Safety: Must prioritize safety and follow safety guidelines rigorously.
  • Effective Communication: Strong communication skills and a cooperative, team-focused attitude.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
