Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead our team in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Estimated Salary: $114,171

Job Summary:

  • Manage multiple large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all project deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure project success.
  • Analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
