We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pet Host to join our team at PetSuites. As a Pet Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and their pets, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling check-in and check-out procedures, making boarding reservations, and providing general information about our services.

We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all pets and their owners. As a Pet Host, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, handle cash and credit transactions, and interact with other staff members to ensure client and pet needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and their pets
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures
  • Make boarding reservations and schedule appointments
  • Provide general information about our services
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Handle cash and credit transactions
  • Interact with other staff members to ensure client and pet needs are met

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
