Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure timely delivery.

  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial performance.

  • Provide project management support to the innovation team, including project planning, coordination, and execution.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or project management.
  • Minimum 6+ years of project management experience supporting innovation teams, ideally in the spirits/BevAlc or beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative projects that drive business growth and success.
  • Strong project management qualifications, such as Six Sigma, Scrum Master, PMI, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive collaboration and influence stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Financial experience and ability to manage project budgets and ensure financial performance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Global experience in spirits or BevAlc.
  • Experience working in a matrix organizational structure.
  • Ability to conduct business analysis and drive business decisions.
