We are a regional MSO with 10 body shops throughout Morris, Sussex, Warren, Union, and Middlesex counties, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Estimating: Write accurate and detailed estimates for auto body repairs.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Quality Control: Ensure all repairs meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Insurance and DRP Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and manage DRP programs effectively.
- Cost Containment and Profit Maximization: Analyze and optimize repair costs to maximize job profits.
- Repair Procedures: Utilize current repair procedures and resources, such as I-car and Alldata, to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in auto estimating, preferably with major DRP programs.
- Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly.
