Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources administration and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate benefits and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the efficient operation of daily tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
