At SS Landscaping Services, we are looking for a skilled Construction Team Supervisor to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team and has experience in the landscaping industry. As a Construction Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with project managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including extra work tickets, daily reports, safety forms, time sheets, field files, etc.
  • Preparing as-built drawings for irrigation and landscaping changes
  • Delegating responsibilities to subordinates to ensure maximum efficiency on site
  • Operating heavy equipment as necessary (Excavators, Skid Steer, Forklift)
  • Laying out plants according to plans or instructions
  • Laying out and organizing irrigation installation
  • Able to twist and/or lift, such as shoveling bark, topsoil, etc
  • Able to bend, kneel, or squat for prolonged periods, such as planting annuals, groundcover, etc
  • Able to reach above shoulder height
  • Able to climb into truck bed, work on sloping ground
  • Able to handle equipment, such as wheelbarrow, shovels, rakes, brooms, etc
  • Able to work in varying weather conditions
  • English speaking
  • Valid driver's license
  • 5+ years of experience

The estimated salary for this position is between $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
