Job ResponsibilitiesA Route Sales Representative is responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products. The successful candidate must come to work with a neat, professional appearance and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Checking your vehicle daily
- Keeping accurate records
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Filling out daily driver's logs, time logs, and hours of service
- Increasing sales by expanding shelf space, creatively displaying in-store promotions and displays, and maximizing product shelf life
- Using data and marketing plans to build relationships and drive customer growth through effective communication, planning, ordering, and execution
Must be at least 21 years of age. Have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card. Must have a valid state driver's license and documented safe driving record. Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines. Must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV.
