Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Albany, NY. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our 210-apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the community
  • Provide clerical support, responding to residents' inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Process rent checks and subsidies, monitor accounts, and manage evictions processes/collections
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and return voicemails
  • Stay up-to-date on applicable funding programs and compliance changes
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Property Support experience
  • MUST have: 1+ years of LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit experience and Income Verification experience
  • High School Diploma required
  • Ability to work well with others and multitask
