Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the registration process in line with company standards, welcoming guests, confirming their stay details, and providing essential hotel information.
- Manage guest accounts at check-out, ensuring accurate payment processing and gathering feedback to enhance future stays.
- Provide a warm and professional greeting to guests, whether in person or over the phone, and respond to inquiries with clarity and efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions, maintain an accurate cash drawer, and perform necessary arithmetic functions with precision.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure guests receive top-notch service, including coordination with housekeeping and engineering for guest requests.
- Address guest complaints with a focus on effective resolution, utilizing problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform duties across different roles as needed, maintaining a courteous demeanor to promote guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of hospitality operations. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior experience in a hotel environment being advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout the shift.
