KBR is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to support our team on significant projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire Procurement process, including directing and coordinating Commodity Buyers, Expediting, Logistics, Inspection, and Material Management for assigned projects.
  • Accountable for all deliverables, including project-specific terms and conditions, man-hour estimates, staffing plans, and procedures.
  • Establish project procurement protocols to ensure deliverables align with client and project specifications.
  • Ensure that Procurement activities comply with safety, regulations, quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Identify issues and collaborate with the project procurement team to implement solutions.
  • Proactively manage changes and ensure effective communication across project disciplines.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering teams.
  • Report problems promptly to Project and Senior Procurement Management.
  • Review project status with clients, management, and project leads.
  • Maintain active communication with Senior Procurement Management.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
  • Demonstrated success in cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, schedule-driven environment.
  • Experience in procurement for both 'lump-sum' and 'reimbursable' contracts.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
  • Experience collaborating with suppliers from various global regions.
  • Typically possesses extensive domestic and international experience as a Project Procurement Manager in a global EPC firm, with a focus on key industries.
  • Experience in international assignments and overseeing multiple EPC contractors on behalf of clients.
  • Experience in purchasing or subcontracts, including the bid, evaluation, award cycle, and execution of agreements.
  • Familiarity with establishing Program Leveraged Agreements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey goals and directives effectively.
  • Proficient in e-procurement tools and advanced MS Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven history of cost control.
