Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for establishing and managing data access and support practices for a specific database technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the database.
  • Use technology and tools like MS SQL and PostgreSQL to identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical database.
  • Provide data access and support to clients, ensuring the security and integrity of the database.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement database solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in information technology.
  • 2+ years of experience in MS SQL.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to obtain Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Certification within two months of hire date.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience with PostgreSQL databases.
  • Experience in cloud-based database solutions.
  • Experience in non-relational databases.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure.
Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137, annualized USD.

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
