Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification in machining is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC lathe machines, preferably within the aerospace sector.
  • Solid grasp of machining principles and practices.
  • Capability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
  • Proficient in utilizing measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality output.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work autonomously or collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and adjust hours as required.
  • U.S. Person Requirements - In compliance with U.S. export control laws, candidates must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or possess protected status in the U.S.
