TEKsystems is seeking a Mailroom Coordinator for a large multinational technology company in Boulder, CO.

Please be aware that this is a 40-hour, Monday-Friday opportunity, looking to interview/hire ASAP

Our client will need individuals with a valid driver's license who would feel comfortable performing 1-2 deliveries in a company vehicle on-site, per day.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive all incoming USPS mail, FedEx, and UPS packages in conjunction with the distribution of outgoing mail, while maintaining a current log of all activity.
• Logistics on receiving freight & palletized shipments. Educating users on the building protocols and logistics regarding such deliveries. May be called upon to support Receiving.
• Receiving- deliveries of large pallets, boxes, and special deliveries in alignment with building manager protocols via the freight system. Ensuring that timing and logistics comply with Client shipping protocols and security.
• Deliver packages between sites, keeping packages in pristine condition upon delivery, and ensuring company van is maintained in high standards.
• Process and inventory all deliveries into the Client's internal Beartracks system and manage system processes to secure and comply with Client SRM Standards and operating procedures.
• Identify solutions for potential process opportunities in partnership with the SRM Team.
• Ensure that all spaces in the mailroom are cleaned and organized kept at peak levels to cleaning standards and in alignment with Environmental Health and Safety protocols.
• Engage cross-functionality with the broader Facilities team and partners to support when called upon as it relates to Shipping, Receiving, and Mail.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as requested by the Facility Coordinator day to day, ensuring the overall operational success of the site.
