As a Customer Relations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
  • Verifying that all order-related information is accurate and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Completing all documentation accurately and efficiently, processing information regarding cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, and account balances in compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Providing customer service support by answering calls, managing inquiries at the counter, processing payments, and resolving customer complaints/questions.
  • Completing and processing credit applications, payments, and financing paperwork.
  • Communicating with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate files and processes to maximize productivity.
  • Performing clerical support for store staff as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Desired qualities and skills include:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as listening skills.
  • Basic reading and comprehension abilities.
  • Basic numerical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to complete paperwork accurately, neatly, and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
Physical demands of the role:
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly.
Education and experience requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous clerical experience is preferred.
