Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm, is seeking a full-time Electrical Systems Engineer to lead the development, design, and monitoring of the Agency's Telecommunications Network. This position requires expertise in electrical engineering to plan, analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate the current and future electrical state of the network.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate electronic systems, products, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of circuitry and materials.
  • Analyze drawings and specifications, prepare bill of materials, and provide technical expertise to support infrastructure changes and develop projects that require improvisation and technical judgment.
  • Conduct design reviews of construction drawings and specifications for electrical systems and perform detailed analyses of all electrical infrastructure supporting the Agency's telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Conduct site surveys, performance monitoring, product review, design review, inspections, and acceptance as required by the Government.
  • Assess and evaluate electrical items for possible malfunction, failure, modification, or the need for redundant or additional backup power.
  • Resolve complex problems that impact system availability.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Active Top-Secret clearance with possibility of SCI approval.
  • BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • 8140/8570 IAT II compliant.

Desired Qualifications:

  • MA/MS or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
  • Quality Certification (ITIL, or other).
  • Excellent communicator.
