The Commercial Sales Manager is a key role within AutoZone, responsible for driving commercial sales growth and developing strong relationships with commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by successfully maintaining and developing commercial sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with commercial customers.
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary contact for commercial customers, maintaining open lines of communication and providing exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations.
  • Product Delivery: Ensure efficient delivery of products by planning delivery routes, managing drivers, and generating accurate delivery documentation.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge on automotive parts and industry, conducting research to guarantee customers are offered the right part for the right price.
  • Account Management: Maintain records and billing for commercial accounts, processing returns, and reconciling accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with management teams, assisting with training and developing drivers, commercial specialists, and other AutoZoners as directed.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring AutoZoners implement safe practices, including PPE, and follow proper accident and claim procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts required
  • Leadership: Effective leader with excellent communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and excellent selling skills
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts
