Role Summary:

We are seeking Customer Support/Collections Representatives for our team.

Our goal is to assist clients with overdue accounts, providing solutions that are mutually beneficial. You will offer guidance and options to help customers fulfill their financial responsibilities. We offer a competitive hourly wage along with commission and comprehensive training.

COMPENSATION: $15.00 per hour + average $500/month in commission

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: Health Insurance, HSA/FSA options, Paid Time Off, Employee Assistance Program, 401k eligibility after 90 days, and more.

Health benefits are available starting from the first month after hiring.

WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in customer service (preferably in collections or call center)
  • Exceptional verbal communication abilities
  • Strong commitment to work and attendance
  • Capability to manage multiple systems while assisting clients
  • Self-driven and results-oriented
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Experience with a diverse clientele
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with personal loans and financial services is advantageous
  • Background check required
