Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce product quality benchmarks and evaluation procedures across North America to guarantee compliance with Uline's quality expectations.
- Examine customer feedback and product returns to detect patterns and areas for improvement.
- Work alongside product managers, procurement vendors, and warehouse teams to address and rectify quality issues.
- Partner with the quality control team on return negotiations, customer data assessments, and ongoing supply chain enhancements.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or vendor management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various North American locations.
