Key Responsibilities:

The Professional Land Surveyor will be responsible for:

  • Conducting vertical and horizontal control surveys, boundary surveys, and performing necessary calculations.
  • Managing survey projects and leading survey crews and technicians to guarantee the integrity of surveys.
  • Coordinating with design teams and acting as the primary point of contact for survey-related inquiries.
  • Assisting in complex fieldwork as required.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or a two-year technical degree along with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in utility or general construction is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of surveying methods and the operation of various measuring devices.
  • Current registration as a Licensed Surveyor in the State of Florida.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Capability to lift up to 15 pounds as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $95,000, with potential flexibility based on experience. Benefits include:
