  • Serve beverages and food with care and attention.
  • Check in with members and guests to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Clear empty glasses and maintain cleanliness of tables.
  • Adhere to all revenue control protocols consistently.
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, taxes, tips, and other charges on bills.
  • Present bills to members and guests, managing cash and credit transactions according to established procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including tables and lounges.
  • Report any complaints to the supervisor immediately.
  • Participate in staff meetings and pre-shift briefings as required.
  • Comply with all relevant laws and club policies regarding alcohol service.
  • Express gratitude to members and guests, encouraging their return.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Beverage Manager.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience or training.
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred.
Core Competencies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adherence to proper sanitation practices, particularly regarding personal hygiene.
  • Adept at recognizing occupational hazards and following safety protocols.
  • Ability to foster member satisfaction through personal engagement.
  • Knowledge of emergency procedures relevant to the role.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Food safety certification is required.
  • Alcohol service certification is necessary.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, and lifting.
  • Capable of pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to engage in repetitive motions as part of the role.
  • Comfortable working in a warm, humid, and dynamic environment.
