Gourmet Coffee Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Gourmet Coffee Attendant to join our team at JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa. As a Gourmet Coffee Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area
• Restock supplies and equipment as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
