Job Summary:

Troon Golf is seeking a highly skilled and attentive Server to join our team at Eagle Mountain Golf Club. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
  • Describe specials of the day to guests and answer questions regarding menu items.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly after preparation.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed.
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
  • Maintain an organized workstation and complete side work duties.
  • Accountable for checks and cash transactions, utilizing the Point of Sales System.
  • Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
  • Follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques.
  • Practice tray service for all food and beverage service.
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), and two years of serving experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol for this position.
