Compound Semiconductor Process Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Compound Semiconductor Process Engineer to join our Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and executing process development efforts, improving product yield, and developing new processes and device capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process development plans to improve product yield and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Design and execute experiments to characterize and improve semiconductor device performance
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of prior work experience, or Master's degree in STEM and 3 years of prior work experience, or PhD in STEM
- Experience in semiconductor processing techniques such as photo lithography, dry etching, metals evaporation, and optical or scanning electron microscope inspections
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- Master's or PhD in STEM
- Experience with statistical process control and lean manufacturing methods
- Experience with data analysis software packages such as MATLAB, Python, SQL, and JMP
