Job Overview

Bramble Enterprises, LLC is a reputable plumbing service provider catering to both residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a dedicated Outside Sales Consultant to enhance our sales team and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to provide estimates for plumbing and sewer services, effectively converting leads into sales.
  • Collaborate with technicians on-site to identify upselling opportunities that align with customer requirements.
  • Maintain communication with technicians throughout the day, offering assistance and addressing inquiries.
  • Review daily schedules and attend job sites to identify potential leads and upsell prospects.
  • Work in tandem with Dispatchers and administrative staff to organize schedules and facilitate sold jobs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, representing the company with professionalism.
  • Process paperwork for sold jobs and manage down payments efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and driven by competition.
  • Dependable and punctual in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in building rapport and actively listening to customer needs.
  • Capable of assessing and evaluating customer requirements accurately.
  • Familiarity with operating smartphones and tablets.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of plumbing and sewer systems is beneficial.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
