Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with a supervising psychiatrist.
- Engage in orientation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and timely health records within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Adhere to established standards of care for medication management and psychotherapy services.
- Refer patients internally for necessary medication management, psychotherapy, and other treatment modalities.

Required Qualifications:
- Possession of an unrestricted license to practice in the relevant state.
- Active DEA registration.
- Board certification or eligibility.
- Experience in medication management is essential; therapy management experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing EHR and related software for effective care delivery.
- Demonstrated understanding of various models and theories related to mental health issues.
- Knowledge of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and the ability to conceptualize treatment modalities within the continuum of care.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with others and exhibit leadership qualities.
