Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with a supervising psychiatrist.
  • Engage in orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and timely health records within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Adhere to established standards of care for medication management and psychotherapy services.
  • Refer patients internally for necessary medication management, psychotherapy, and other treatment modalities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of an unrestricted license to practice in the relevant state.
  • Active DEA registration.
  • Board certification or eligibility.
  • Experience in medication management is essential; therapy management experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in utilizing EHR and related software for effective care delivery.
  • Demonstrated understanding of various models and theories related to mental health issues.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and the ability to conceptualize treatment modalities within the continuum of care.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with others and exhibit leadership qualities.
