Job Title: TikTok Live Stream Host

At Spotlight Media, we're seeking a charismatic and energetic TikTok Live Stream Host to join our team. As the face of our live shopping sessions, you'll engage with audiences in real-time, showcasing products through interactive and entertaining live streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host live streams on TikTok for a minimum of 2 hours per session, keeping audiences entertained and involved.
  • Conduct thorough research on products beforehand to effectively showcase features and highlight benefits.
  • Develop compelling content that drives immediate purchases and enhances viewer experience.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to script and execute engaging live-streaming content.
  • Monitor live stream metrics after sessions, analyze viewer engagement and sales data, and adjust strategies to enhance performance in future sessions.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a charismatic, confident, and camera-ready presence.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, online shopping behaviors, and effective sales tactics.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to generate fresh content ideas and adapt to evolving trends and audience preferences.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of energy and enthusiasm throughout extended live streams.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to monitor performance and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Ability to commute to the live stream studio at least 3 times per week in Culver City, CA.
  • Previous experience with content creation and a strong desire to grow your social media presence.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or similar customer-facing roles.
