Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in restoration
- IICRC Water Damage Restoration (WTR) Certification
- IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) Certification
- Proven ability to manage a team of 5 or more
- Competence in utilizing technology
- Flexibility to work weekends and nights as required
- Physical capability to lift and handle heavy items regularly
- Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in confined areas
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check - NO FELONY CRIMINAL HISTORY
Preferred Qualifications:
- DOT or CDL license
- Additional IICRC Certifications (CDS, ASD, MRS, etc.)
- Conduct thorough on-site evaluations to assess water, fire, or mold damage and formulate suitable restoration strategies.
- Oversee and guide a team of mitigation technicians to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
- Train and develop mitigation technicians to improve their skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Consult with Project Managers on all aspects of mitigation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor project timelines, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials, ensuring proper maintenance and utilization.
- Execute work orders efficiently and effectively.
- Document work performed with photographic evidence.
- Assemble and disassemble equipment, tracking and reporting outputs.
- Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, demolition, and content management.
- Carry out mold remediation processes including treatment, demolition, equipment setup, and containment.
- Implement fire/smoke remediation tasks such as structural cleaning and content management.
- Safely operate company vehicles to job sites.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service incidents.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively as a team.
- Complete other assigned duties as necessary.
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

The General Labor (Technician) role is a vital position in the property damage restoration sector, primarily responsible for responding to emergencies and property damage situations. Our team is committed to addressing property issues and customer needs with expertise, professionalism, and care.
Essential Functions:
- Safely work in residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, storm, or mold damage.
- Assess damage within properties and document findings.
- Execute cleaning processes for both contents and structural damage as necessary.
- Manage the removal of contents for cleaning or disposal.
- Perform demolition of structurally damaged properties using hand and power tools.
- Ensure job sites are cleaned up post-demolition.
- Conduct initial site evaluations and moisture inspections.
- Set up restoration equipment according to guidelines.
- Document job details in our primary operating system.
- Capture photographs of jobs at various stages.
- Maintain assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Organize equipment in the shop and manage waste disposal.
- Record time accurately and assign it to respective jobs.
- Complete IICRC certifications as training opportunities arise.
- Assist in training new hires through hands-on experience.
