  • Keep clients up to date with Paul Smith activity and ensure they are fully engaged with the brand
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and share it with clients
  • Build upon the store's clientele book by emailing and keeping in contact with clients, inviting them to relevant events and keeping them aware of new products
  • Maximize sales at every opportunity to meet and exceed personal and store targets
  • Ensure visual presentation, store maintenance, and housekeeping meet the company's desired standard
  • Confidently use technology in store to enhance the customer experience and process transactions efficiently

**Essential Experience and Skills:**

  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail selling experience in luxury mens and womens fashion
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Proven ability to work towards and meet weekly sales goals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge in tailoring, made to measure, or bespoke preferred
