Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate service appointments and communicate with customers regarding their RVs.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the service process.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and a positive attitude while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
