Position Overview:
We are seeking an Overnight Cleaning Operations Supervisor to support the Sr. Operations Manager in overseeing the post-event cleaning activities.

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive wage ranging from $24.04 to $26.44.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, lead, and document regular meetings with supervisors to address building requirements, safety issues, and cleaning methodologies.
  • Assign and ensure proper documentation such as sign-in sheets, daily routines, and equipment checklists are accurately completed.
  • Conduct regular inspections and walkthroughs of all housekeeping areas to ensure compliance with cleaning standards, documenting findings and collaborating with supervisors to rectify any cleaning deficiencies.
  • Identify and report safety or maintenance concerns during inspections to the appropriate management personnel for resolution.
  • Communicate with the management team regarding housekeeping staffing and project requirements based on venue usage.
  • Effectively delegate tasks to team members and plan, execute, and schedule necessary training sessions.
  • Understand and uphold all company policies.
  • Assist in managing housekeeping for events, including pre and post-cleaning for various activities.
  • Maintain records of housekeeping staff performance, both positive and negative, and engage in discussions to enhance performance.
  • Support other staff members as needed.
  • Act as the lead for housekeeping in the absence of the manager.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping within a unionized environment is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of cleaning agents and procedures, including floor and carpet maintenance, detailing, and sanitization, with the capability to train staff on these processes.
  • Ability to oversee and direct individuals and teams in the operation of equipment and processes necessary for housekeeping tasks in a major league baseball facility.
  • Capability to lift items weighing over 25 lbs.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and select holidays, in addition to standard business hours as required.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
