Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:

Recognize and reward team members while maintaining safety and sanitation standards across all operations.
  • Client Engagement:
    Establish and nurture effective relationships with clients and customers to foster mutually beneficial partnerships. Exhibit exceptional customer service in line with Aramark's standards. Identify client requirements and communicate operational advancements effectively.
  • Financial Management:
    Utilize Aramark's processes and systems to drive revenue and manage budgets, including food, beverage, and labor cost controls. Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of profit and loss statements while achieving food and labor targets. Optimize resources to maintain quality and adhere to budgetary constraints.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    Implement and uphold Aramark's initiatives for labor and food management. Create value through streamlined operations, effective cost controls, and profit management. Ensure full compliance with Operational Excellence principles, particularly in food and labor management. Oversee all operations related to production, distribution, and food service.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees. Adhere to all relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines concerning safety, health, and labor practices.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience, with 1-3 years in a management capacity. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Physical requirements include occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods.
