Job Summary:

Envolve Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Burning Tree Apartments in Hermitage, TN. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct maintenance training for other team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Perform on-site basic repairs, including HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and special equipment, to maintain the integrity of our facilities.
  • Be available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7 and respond promptly to ensure minimal disruption to our residents.
  • Perform minor carpentry duties and conduct preventive maintenance to prevent damage to our facilities.
  • Inspect HVAC systems regularly to ensure they are functioning properly and make necessary repairs.
  • Winterize swimming pool equipment and systems to prevent damage during cold weather.
  • Clean the swimming pool and maintain the proper chemical balance during the swimming season.
  • Train other maintenance personnel in troubleshooting and repairs and inspect the quality of their work.
  • Perform administrative duties, including recording maintenance requests, responding to them, and maintaining inventory of parts.
  • Move heavy equipment safely and use proper equipment to prevent injury.

Requirements:

  • Five to ten years of maintenance experience required.
  • Must be HVAC certified.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Previous multifamily experience required.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
