Risk Management Consultant

AXA XL Ltd is seeking a skilled Risk Management Consultant to join our Loss Prevention Education Programs Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering value-added educational programs and content to help customers reduce their incidence of loss.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new educational content and present it to customers and insurance agents
  • Work with Claims, Underwriting, Loss Prevention Education, and Learning Management System vendors to design, plan, and execute training programs and events
  • Identify existing content for virtual training and learning programs
  • Research and recommend new training content and technologies
  • Interface directly with brokers and clients to provide timely loss prevention and risk management advice
  • Mentor and train new internal employees and external brokers

Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing, risk management environment
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
