Job Summary

As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our customers and store team, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge and enthusiasm for our products and services, serving as a go-to resource for the store team.
  • Conduct regular visual merchandising and inventory checks to ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
  • Engage with customers during peak periods, ensuring timely connections with sales consultants and providing demonstrations of our technology to new customers.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining accurate records and adhering to store standards.
  • Participate in the weekly cycle count process and contribute to process improvements to enhance the customer and store experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on current processes and procedures, suggesting improvements to enhance the customer and store experience.
  • Adapt to changing store priorities and direction, demonstrating professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, and moving about the store.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed.
