Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Mahler Private Staffing. As a key member of our domestic staffing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services to our clients' luxury residences.

• Housekeeping Management: Oversee and manage the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all areas of the residence are clean and well-maintained.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and direct a team of housekeepers, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Administrative Support: Serve as the administrative right-hand to the Director of Residences, providing support with tasks such as scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
• Quality Control: Conduct daily walk-throughs of the residence to ensure that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Specialized Cleaning: Provide expert care for specialty materials and surfaces, including antiques, artwork, marble, brass, china, crystal, silver, and fine linens.
• Laundry and Linen Management: Manage the household laundry, including hand-washing, ironing, pressing, and steaming of garments and linens.
• Project Management: Plan and execute deep cleaning and organizational projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with the Director of Residences, other team members, and clients to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a private residence, luxury hotel, or yacht.
• Skills: Excellent housekeeping skills, including knowledge of cleaning products and techniques, as well as experience with specialized cleaning equipment.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of housekeepers.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Discretion: Unflappable and discreet, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Salary: Competitive salary of $60-$65/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
