The successful candidate will have previous experience as a cook or in a related field and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
">Responsibilities
">* Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards * Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared * Communicate assistance needed during busy periods * Inform F&B service staff of 86'd items and available menu specials * Ensure that all food prepared meets flavor, texture, and presentation standards * Maintain good relations with fellow team members * Understand proper cooking time and temperatures * Follow all company and safety policies and procedures * Complete safety training and certifications * Available to work 8-10 hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
">Requirements
">* 1-2 years of experience as a cook or in a related field * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team * Knowledge of farm-to-table, natural foods, and current food service trends * High school diploma or equivalent required
