- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.

- Ability to adapt well to change and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think outside the box to resolve problems and multi-task using technology.
- A minimum high school diploma or GED and one year of work experience required; college degree with 0-1 year of work experience preferred.
- A robust paid training environment to learn the business, systems, policies, and how to effectively engage and resolve customer challenges.
- A combination of classroom, online, and side-by-side observations to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the role.
