About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oral Health Specialist to join our team in Waconia, MN. As a key member of our dental hygienist team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster meaningful connections with patients, creating a welcoming environment where they feel comfortable and informed about their oral health.
  • Partner with a supportive team that values your expertise and ideas, creating a workplace where you can thrive.
  • Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments, screen patients' periodontal health, educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, perform cancer screenings, and screen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impacts.
Requirements
  • A current state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome)
  • A current CPR certification
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary range of $48-$55 per hour
  • A $5,000 sign-on bonus
