Resident Care Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Associate to join our team at Eagle Crest Communities. As a Resident Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents in our Assisted Living residence.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal cares and daily activities, promoting their independence and dignity.
Perform medication management, light housekeeping, and other tasks as needed.
Participate in memory care cross-training to provide comprehensive support to our residents.
Requirements:
Previous direct care experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right fit for our team.
Experience with medication management, CNA, and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required.
Our Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate, starting at $17.50-$19.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion and regular wage reviews.
We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $1.25 PM, $2.00 weekend shift differential, and incentive pay.
Qualifications for Higher Wages:
CNA Training (any state)
Completion of all 4 CBRF classes prior to hire
CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
