Job Title: Resident Care Associate

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Associate to join our team at Eagle Crest South II in La Crosse, WI. As a Resident Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring and experienced individual to assist our residents with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and light housekeeping. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal care, daily activities, and mobility
  • Manage medication, perform light housekeeping, and complete various tasks as needed
  • Participate in memory care cross-training and support programs
Requirements:
  • Previous direct care experience, preferably in assisted living or memory care
  • Experience with medication management and CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required
