**Job Description:**

About the Role:

Clayton Early Learning is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to support parents in enhancing the development of their children through our comprehensive home-based preschool program. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will deliver education, health, and family services to promote individualized growth and well-being.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement an individualized early education program based on children's strengths and needs, in accordance with Head Start performance standards, ACF, licensing, and organization guidelines.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of children, maintain documentation of progress, and perform developmental screenings within 45 days of enrollment.
  • Develop weekly instructional plans guided by assessment results and implement family and community partnership services for enrolled families.
  • Provide case management services, support families in moving toward self-sufficiency, and facilitate goal identification and codification.
  • Crisis intervention services, including addressing child abuse, domestic violence, and emergency food and housing needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or CDA certification.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in early childhood education, with certifications in pediatric first aid, CPR, and universal precautions.
  • Valid driver's license, current PPD-TB, immunizations, physical examination, background check, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Estimated Salary:** $42,400 - $49,600 per year (based on 40 hours/week and 52 weeks/year).
