  • Client Engagement: Interact with potential buyers, present property options, and provide expert guidance on renovations and NetWorth Price Opinions (NPO) to assist in their decision-making.

  • Transaction Coordination: Utilize proprietary software to streamline processes and monitor transactions; collaborate with title companies to facilitate smooth closings.

  • Networking: Actively expand your client network through outreach and relationship-building efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License: An active real estate license in your state is required to begin. Candidates in the process of obtaining their license will be considered, but it must be secured before starting employment.
  • Sales Skills: Comfort in engaging with individuals both over the phone and in person, with a focus on building personal and professional relationships.
