Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Midwest region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Performance: Track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and drive sales growth.
  • Travel: Travel extensively throughout the Midwest region, up to 80%, to meet with clients, attend industry events, and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the flooring or interior design industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, problem-solving attitude, and comfortable with extensive travel and managing multiple client relationships.
Benefits
  • Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience) + Commission.
  • Vacation and Holidays: 2 weeks paid vacation and 9 paid holidays.
