Job Summary

Child and Family Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Counselor I to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to families and individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement clinical therapeutic services under the supervision of the Program Director or Clinical Supervisor.
  • Link assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic interventions to achieve successful case outcomes.
  • Provide on-call crisis response with 24/7 availability.
Requirements
  • Masters' Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency.
  • Over two years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Preferred experience in direct use of therapeutic skills, individual and family therapies, and group therapy.
  • Valid driver's license and current no-fault insurance.
