- Enter new customer info and changes into the system.
- Late vehicle updates and No Show verification with customers.
- Service complaint resolution.
- Daily route map creation for drivers.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of reservationist or customer service experience.
- Computer literate with quick learning abilities.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
