This position comes with a competitive salary of $20.50 to $26.50 per hour (DOE), subject to union contract. Additionally, you'll receive an attractive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with company contribution, medical, dental, and vision coverage. You'll also enjoy paid time off and vacation. The Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer phone calls and schedule rides using our scheduling system.
  • Enter new customer information and changes into the system.
  • Communicate late vehicle service and verify 'No Shows' with customers.
  • Resolve service-related complaints.
  • Create daily route maps of reservations for drivers.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of reservationist or customer service experience.
  • Computer literacy with the capacity to learn new software.
  • Ability to operate standard telephone systems.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
